In 2003, Our Manhattan disability lawyers secured what was at the time the largest reported verdict ever against an insurance carrier in New York for wrongful termination of a disability policy. Group Disability Claims
Disability policies issued through employers are governed by a different set of rules, laws and regulations than individual disability policies.
